These terms and conditions govern all use of Our Website. By accessing or using any part of Our Website, the shop facility at www.weddingplanner.co.uk/shop (“Our Shop”) or accessing or using our directory www.weddingplanner.co.uk/searchdirectory.wp (“Our Directory”) you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and, for the purchase of Products through Our Shop, the sale and purchase terms and conditions (the “Sale and Purchase Agreement”) set out below as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. In addition the use of our forums is governed by the separate terms and conditions for their use.
1.2 We hope that these terms and conditions and the Sale and Purchase Agreement are acceptable to you and that you will enjoy using Our Website Our Shop and/or Our Directory but if you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use Our Shop/Our Directory and you should exit now.

Nature of Our Website
2.1 Our Shop provides a place for you to select and order wedding products (the “Products”) from various third party suppliers of the Products (the “Suppliers”). Our Shop describes the Products available in more detail.
2.2 Our Directory provides a place for you to find Suppliers of wedding services (the “Services”).
2.3 The tools section of Our Website is to assist you with planning your wedding but is only meant to be informative and we take no responsibility and accept no liability for your use of such tools.
2.4 These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and us in relation to the use of Our Shop and Our Directory and the Sale and Purchase Agreement form a legally binding contract between you and the respective Supplier in each case in relation to the purchase of Products. When you purchase Products we are not acting as principal or agent and the transaction is entered into between you and the respective Supplier in each case pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement. When you contact a Supplier listed in our Directory in relation to the provision of Services then any agreement that you enter into is with the Supplier on the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
2.5 Please note that Our Shop and Our Directory are available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Although the contents of Our Website are aimed at users aged 16 and above, you must be over 18 years to purchase the Products or Services, using the payment method displayed on our website. If you do not qualify, please ask an appropriate adult to carry out the transaction for you.

We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of Our Website, Our Shop or the Products or Services available, including your access to it. The Supplier reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Products or Services.
4.1.2 You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through Our Website by us.

You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, e-mail verification and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our Site or in Our Shop. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding our website that comes to your attention.

6.2 Our website including Our Shop and Our Directory is controlled and operated by us from our offices in England. All content Products and Services are published in good faith but we do not accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of such content or Products or Services (whether published on or offline) and the use of such content. Whilst we have made enquiries of our Suppliers we can’t guarantee the availability or quality of any of the Products listed in Our Shop or the Services listed in Our Directory and all transactions that you enter into are between you and the respective Supplier and, in relation to the purchase of Goods, you have the various rights set out in the Sale and Purchase Agreement in addition to your statutory rights.
6.3 We have used our best endeavours to ensure that Our Website, including Our Shop and Our Directory, complies with UK laws. However, we make no representations that the materials on Our Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK. Those who visit our website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. When you access any other website you understand that it is independent from us and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its website administrator or web master.

11.1 We may alter these terms and conditions and the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the terms of use for our forum from time to time and post the new version on Our Website, following which all use of Our Website will be governed by that version. You must check the terms and conditions on Our Website regularly.
11.2 These terms and conditions together with the Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to the use of Our Shop are the whole agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages and/or to rescind these terms and conditions by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in the terms and conditions, privacy policy, order form and payment method instructions.

12.1 All notices shall be given to the email or postal address supplied by you whilst registering in Our Shop or carrying out the purchase of the Shop Products and you should send them to support@weddingplanner.co.uk to contact us or to the address supplied by the respective Shop Supplier as part of the order process.
12.2 Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.

Replacement
These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of Our Website, including the use of Our Directory and/or the use of Our Shop.
